RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We gladly accept returns and exchanges if there is a problem with the order you received or for some other reason. Just follow our guidelines:
If you have a problem with the item(s) you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package. We will not resolve any issues after this time.
Please keep ALL packaging (bubble wrap, envelope, bags, labels) to provide us with the documentation we need to determine what happened with your order. We will not be able to refund, exchange, return anything without this information and / or if the item has been used by you.
We have very strict rules and double-check all orders before shipping them. Problems are therefore very rare. We need to determine what happened with your order before we can issue a refund. Please take a picture of the damaged product to provide proof of the defect of the item received and send it to us before returning the item.
Items returned for the reason that you no longer need them when they arrive have a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are issued (less shipping costs) only after the items have arrived in our warehouse unless another option has been agreed upon.
Important! Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them with tracking. When we receive items that meet these conditions, we will gladly refund your money (minus shipping costs).
